Tonight’s Workout: Strength Training 
Today is my cross training day so I decided to do Jillian Michaels ‘No More Trouble Zones’ dvd. 
It’s 55 minutes of great strength training exercises. See more here.
Next,
Strengthening my knees and ankles:
Knee Dancing - 60 seconds (knee strengthening exercise)
Single Leg Directional Hops - 2 sets of 12 reps on ea. leg
Ankle Plantar Flexion with Resistance Band - 2 sets of 12 reps on each leg
Basic Calf Raises - 20 reps
Internal Rotation Calf Raises - 20 reps
External Rotation Calf Raises - 20 reps
Resistance Band Reverse Fly - 2 sets of 12 reps
